How To Open Your Account

It couldn't be easier to open your telephone wagering account at the Win Line, simply visit Plainridge Racecourse and immediately set up your account or go to our online sign up page, follow the instructions on the page, mail in your completed application and deposit and you will ready to wager (personal checks have to clear). How To Place A Wager

Placing a wager at the Win Line couldn't be easier. Simply call the TOLL FREE number provided for use by the Win Line. When you call you will be asked for your Password and Pin Number, then the Win Line clerk will verify your information, and tell you the balance in your account. To place your bet, tell the clerk:

1. Name of track
2. Race Number
3. Type of bet (win, exacta, trifecta, daily double, etc.)
4. Amount of Bet
5. Name of horse or the Program Number

The clerk will repeat your bet. It is important to listen as the clerk reads back your bet, so that you may confirm or correct it before it is registered. As soon as you accept your bet, your account is debited. Your conversation is recorded and kept for reference, if any questions should arise. The Win Line is open daily from 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time, or whenever Plainridge is accepting bets. Generally, if the horse you bet is scratched, your account will be credited immediately after the results are official. But, if a horse is part of an "entry" or "field" and is scratched, your bet will stand on the remaining horse or horses running. For example, horse 1 and 1a are an "entry". You bet horse 1 and it is scratched, your bet will then ride on horse 1a and you will not receive a refund. Winnings will be credited immediately after the results are official.

Adding Additional Deposits To Your Account

Deposits can be made directly at Plainridge Racecourse, cash deposits are credited immediately to your account. Minimum deposits are $25.00 payable by cash, money order, certified check or personal check (personal checks have to clear before they are credited to your account).

How To Withdraw Money

Simply visit Plainridge Racecourse from 12:00 PM until closing for same day withdrawals, or mail in a withdrawal slip or letter stating the amount of the withdrawal to Plainridge Racecourse and we will mail a nontransferable check to the address listed on the account file.
